This class is based off of my Body Smart Yoga Hips Program. We will start with a hip mobility warm up, then lead into a creative flow full of Hippos-es (get it?). A peak posture will be broken down in workshop style after the body is warmed up and we will have another self assessment, hip mobility cool down to see and feel the difference in our hips from this Body Smart Yoga Flow. Throughout this class, you will feel and move through different kinds of evidence based stretches that are quite different from a typical yoga class. It is a beautiful blend of the science of body with the spirituality of the practice.
