Renate Hainzl

Renate hatte bereits jahrelange Unterrichtserfahrung als Pilates und Rückenfit Trainerin, war erfolgreiche Laufsportlerin in unterschiedlichen Distanzen bis sie 2009 durch Zufall an einer Yogastunde teilnahm. Nach dieser 1. Stunde stand fest, dass sie Yoga unterrichten wird.

Zu Beginn faszinierte sie der körperliche Aspekt. Doch mit zunehmendem Praktizieren entdeckte sie in dem ganzheitlichen System des Yoga alles was in ihrem Leben immer schon da war aber erst mit regelmäßigem Üben an die Oberfläche kam.

Bewusstheit, achtsames Bewegen, heilsames vertrauensvolles Miteinander, die Auseinandersetzung mit sich selbst, Klarheit, Weite und Stabilität. Diese Qualitäten sind nur einige von vielen um die es in ihren Kursen geht.

Mittlerweile ist Renate zertifizierte Yogalehrerin in der Sivananda Tradition mit Ausbildungen in Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gesundheitsyoga und Meditation.

Ihr Unterricht ist konzentriert, kreativ, sanft aber auch kraftvoll und herausfordernd. Mit Begeisterung gibt sie ihr Wissen an Menschen jeden Alters weiter und konnte schon so manche/n Yogaskeptiker/in inspirieren.

Besonders freut es sie dass ihre beiden Töchter samt erwachsener Enkelin ebenfalls Yoga unterrichten. Renate lebt mit ihrem Mann in Reifnitz.
