The tall trees sway gently in the wind, the mild murmur of the stream calms the thoughts and the earthy forest floor conveys serenity and stability.
The Wörthersee Yoga Trail offers the structure and sequence of a classical yoga class with physical, breathing and mindfulness exercises. The yoga exercises described in detail in the respective stations train both body tension and flexibility. The mindfulness exercises support you in feeling and enjoying the power of the present.

The starting point is followed by various stations with classical body, breathing and mindfulness exercises. The stations are laid out with stone slabs and the exercises are explained in detail on descriptive boards.
The yoga exercises described train both body tension and flexibility, and the mindfulness exercises help to feel and enjoy the power of the present.
In addition, there is a small booklet that fits in any pocket, in it all the exercise descriptions and illustrations are available. So you can enjoy the outdoor yoga class in the forest or on the meadow at home even after the vacation.
Who participates? But the Wörthersee Yogatrail is not only for people who want to experience a yoga class from beginning to end.
The stations should also inspire visitors to incorporate individual exercises into their walk.
