Wir laden dich zu einer kraftvollen Erfahrung ein, bei der sich Yoga, PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® und elektronische Musik zu einer intensiven 90-minütigen Session verbinden. In einer inspirierenden Indoor-Location am Sternberg erwarten dich Bewegung, Atem und Klang in perfekter Harmonie.

Die Praxis beginnt mit einem dynamischen Yoga-Flow, der deinen Körper aufweckt, durchwärmt und zentriert. Begleitet von deepen elektronischen Beats tauchst du anschließend in die transformierende Welt der bewussten Atemarbeit ein.

Diese Kombination regt nicht nur den Energiefluss an – sie hilft dir auch, alte Spannungen loszulassen und deine Lebensfreude neu zu entfachen.


Der perfekte Ausklang: Brunch im Gasthaus Messnerei

Nach der Session wartet ein liebevoll zubereiteter Brunch im benachbarten Gasthaus Messnerei auf dich – mit nährender Küche, guter Gesellschaft und Raum für Austausch.
