Geeignetes Schuhwerk für die Bewegung auf Wald- und Forstwegen. NORDIC WALKING – Stöcke (keine Wanderstöcke).

  • Gesunde, natürliche Bewegung in der Natur
  • Bewegungsbedingter Abbau von Stresshormonen
  • Motivationsförderndes Gemeinschaftsgefühl in der Gruppe
  • Training von 90% der gesamten Muskulatur
  • Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen wird vorgebeugt
  • Fettverbrennung wird gesteigert
