"What's up? Wörthersee" Session 2 with Jelena Lieberberg

In the second episode, presenter Lisa Überbacher welcomes yoga and movement coach Jelena Lieberberg, who inspires almost 460,000 followers on Instagram under the name "Kick Ass Yoga".

Jelena Lieberberg, who lives in Berlin, is a fixture on the international yoga scene and is known for her powerful yoga sessions. In this podcast episode, she gives exciting insights into her career from presenter and singer to sought-after yoga expert. She also shares practical tips for short yoga sessions in the office and dispels common preconceptions about yoga.

Of course, Jelena also has to prove herself again in three exciting games to earn her speaking time - so it's guaranteed to be entertaining!

A special highlight is that from May 24 to 26, Jelena will be taking part in the "Namaste am See" yoga festival in Pörtschach am Wörthersee as one of 12 teachers. The festival is a great opportunity to experience her inspiring yoga sessions live and immerse yourself in the world of yoga.
